High citizen satisfaction with government digital services
Singaporeans responded positively when asked about their satisfaction with key government digital services.
The Annual Survey on Satisfaction with Government Digital Services (Citizens) 2022 was conducted from November 2022 to January 2023, for the reporting period of 2022. The survey also helped to identify areas for improvement.
About 1500 respondents were surveyed, comprising representatives of the total demographic population. Data collection was done via face-to-face interviews.

Highly satisfied businesses from across industries
The business community indicated high levels of satisfaction with key government digital services and initiatives when surveyed for the Annual Survey on Satisfaction with Government Digital Services (Business) in 2022.
The survey was conducted by the Smart Nation and Digital Government Office (SNDGO) and GovTech from November 2022 to January 2023, for the reporting period of 2022. The survey also helped to identify areas for improvement.
1,250 company respondents were surveyed, from a range of industry sectors (e.g. Commerce, Construction, Financial & Business Services, Manufacturing, Transportation, Storage, Information & Communications, etc.), and company types and sizes in Singapore were surveyed. Data collection was done through telephone interviews.
