Tang Bing Wan is the Director of Core Engineering Products at GovTech, where he oversees the Government on Commercial Cloud (GCC) programme. With a career spanning over two decades, Bing Wan has played a pivotal role in driving Singapore's cloud adoption strategy, helping government agencies transition to commercial cloud services efficiently and securely. His leadership has been instrumental in streamlining cloud migration processes and enhancing infrastructure strategies across Singapore’s public sector.
Bing Wan’s extensive experience as an infrastructure architect includes expertise in cloud technologies, IT operations, and system refactoring. Prior to GovTech, he held technical and leadership roles in both the banking and shipping industries. His deep understanding of infrastructure and cloud automation has positioned him as a key figure in Singapore’s digital transformation.
