SmartCompose is an AI-powered writing assistant designed to help public officers draft faster, more thoughtful, and professional responses to citizen inquiries. Since its launch in April 2024, it has been adopted by over 5,680 public officers across more than 90 agencies, significantly improving email drafting speeds by 70% and reducing average response times to just 5 minutes per email. This enhanced efficiency is projected to save government agencies over 38,000 man-days annually.
